Allison Sheehan

Hi, I’m Allison—a former social worker transformed into a yoga and meditation teacher.

After 15 years in social work, I found myself burnt out, suffering from years of grief, searching for peace and wanting change.

Yoga became my lifeline. What began as a personal healing journey evolved into a path of deep transformation—and ultimately, a calling to help others reconnect with themselves.

I’m an ERYT-500 and YACEP through Yoga Alliance, with additional certifications in Yin, Restorative, and Prenatal Yoga. I teach Kundalini, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Pranayama (breath work), and meditation—each with an emphasis on accessibility, safety, and nervous system support.

My classes are warm, grounded, and light-hearted. I aim to create a space where you can breathe deeply, feel fully, and show up just as you are. My approach is informed by personal healing and professional experience—offering practical tools and embodied practices that help you move through stress, trauma, and everyday life with greater ease.

Over the years, my own practice—especially meditation—has taught me how to recognize what I need and meet myself with compassion. I’ve learned how to work with old patterns and limiting beliefs. I know which practices help me come back into balance, and I want to help others find that same inner clarity.

I believe that healing isn’t about fixing ourselves—it’s about remembering our wholeness.

In my classes, I’ll support you in letting go of what no longer serves you, learning to trust yourself, and stepping fully into your potential.

Come as you are. Leave feeling more whole.
